In order to meet the demand for improved business mobility in Professional Service Automation (PSA), we at e·silentpartner recently upgraded our mobile capabilities to:
• Tasks
On home screen, you can now directly access all the pending and current tasks. You can see the time line for each task and mark them complete when done. Moreover, you can also start and stop the timer while working on a task or create a charge entry from your task card.
• Time Charges
Charges can conveniently be entered either from the home screen, charge entry screen or through a task card.
• New blog messages
It is important to be aware of your blog updates. You can easily view new blog messages, monitor recipients and even respond to them quickly along with sharing other necessary assets as and when needed.
• PTO
New app enables users to apply for, edit, and monitor their PTO requests. Additionally, you can easily access your detailed PTO hours information.
