This newest release fortifies the functionality of its project and resource management capabilities by providing users with multiple ways to easily manage tasks, view and allocate resources, and creatively collaborate on tasks and jobs. Future releases will expand these capabilities by including integrations with popular cloud-based productivity and secure document management tools.
Version 3.7 also furthers e·silentpartner's productivity-enhancing features, including user-defined schedule pings, automatic PTO accruals, ad-hoc reporting with graphical dashboard widget creation, new report designs, a consolidated project and financial reporting window, new drag and drop project cards, a resources at-a-glance window, redesigned task summary dashboards, and so much more.
The Médi Group's customer listening and technology innovation abilities are readily apparent throughout version 3.7, especially in the application's new drag and drop time entry capability. "We are sensitive to areas where users are resistant to performing more mundane tasks, and time entry compliance has always been challenging for our clients," stated J.T. Harding, director of marketing for The Médi Group. "By allowing users to simply drag and drop tasks to their calendars, they can plan out the day and adjust their time entries in an easy and fun manner," added Harding.
e·silentpartner Version 3.7 also now offers clients automated reminders of job specific ‘to do's' throughout the project lifecycle. These could be reminders to bill the job at 50% completion, or a head's up to a team member that their task in the plan is about to start. Once a step is marked complete, team members will now be automatically reminded of their ‘to do' by email and dashboard alerts.
"The Médi Group understands the collaborative nature of today's projects and has evolved e·silentpartner to fit the dynamic workflow processes needed to meet a client's rigorous time and budget demands," said Mr. Harding. "Regardless of a company's size, we want advertising agencies and consulting firms to become more nimble client partners. All future developments, will be geared to meet this one objective," he stated.
